The Dickinson Public Library provides material and service to help patrons obtain information for personal, recreational, and educational needs. To carry out this mission, the library must provide data for a wide variety of cultures, religions, interest levels, educational levels, political backgrounds, and viewpoints obtainable in a wide range of formats.
The Dickinson Public Library offers our patrons a wide array of activities and services that they can use daily during our hours of operations.
Dickinson Public Library has 16 public computer access available to our patrons. Patrons without a library can request a Guest Pass at the circulation desk by presenting a valid photo ID.
Public computers shut down 30 minutes before library closing.

There is no charge for first-time applicants.
Books can be borrowed from other libraries that are a part of this lending service. Please allow adequate time when requesting an InterLibrary Loan so that the books can be secured. To request a book via ILL, please see one of our staff at the circulation desk.
You can find our return box on the Northside of the library, enter on 517, pull through the drive on the side of the library building, and return items anytime.
