A parent or guardian must be present and must provide one of the following forms of valid photo I.D. that is not expired: 

If the photo I.D. does not include your current Texas address, include a separate document to validate this information

•   Government issued identification card
•   Any state driver's license
•   Any state or city identification card

Minors who are not accompanied by a parent or guardian will not be able to sign up but are encouraged read books in-house.
