Texas Commission on Environmental Quality Public Meeting

The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) is proposing a remedial action for the Hall Street state Superfund site (the site). The site is located north of the city limits of Dickinson. The proposed remedy for the site is a Plume Management Zone (PMZ) with groundwater treatment. The TCEQ will conduct a public meeting on April 4, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. at Dickinson City Hall to discuss and invite public comment on the proposed remedial action for the site.

The TCEQ has established a local document repository for the site at the Helen Hall Library, located at 300 West Walker, in League City, Texas. A portion of the records regarding the site is on file at the library for public review. The complete public record file may be reviewed by contacting the TCEQ's Central File Room, Building E, Room 103, First Floor, Records Customer Service, MC 213, 12100 Park 35 Circle, Austin, Texas 78753, phone number (512) 239-2900.
