In honor of National Scholarship Month our Teen Librarian has collected resources that will help student find answers to often asked questions about scholarships. Below is a list of websites that student can use that are free services for searching for Scholarships. A great resource for student to research scholarships opportunities. Students can register for a free account to manage their scholarship Free scholarship search for students to view opportunities for college.
Hispanic Scholarship Fund The HSF help Hispanic students and families with various resources in order for students to be successful in their higher education goals. Students will need to sign up for a free account in order to apply scholarships.
Best Scholarship Search Platforms of 2018  Scholarship Guide - A comprehensive resources that provides in-depth analysis of all available tools that can show teen and students how to find scholarships that best fit their education needs.
Senior Year College Planning Students in their senior year should start looking at creating a schedule to prepare for the college application process. Getting started early is the key when it comes to applying for colleges. This resource provides a simple guide but seniors should talk with their guidance counselor about college application time frames.

Scholarship Round Table

Our Teen Librarian is also hosting two Scholarship Round Table on November 12 and November 19, 2018 at 3:45pm and invites students to have a discussion about scholarships myths, resources, and and to help students find resources for scholarships. Snacks will be provided for these two event.
